“ Love love love this hotel, we come twice a year. Staff are the friendliest ever, can't do enough for you!! Rooms basic, clean and poolside views are spectacular. A small hotel so it's never overcrowded. Pool is nice an clean and a baby pool at the side. Only 5 mins from centre in a taxi for £4. Or Dolmus bus is 50p!! Food is adequate, but lots of restaurants in town if you want to explore. Entertainment basic, I enjoy bingo and karaoke night the best. Little shop on site which is handy, owner is lovely. Sauna and spa too with friendly staff. Reception also helpful, Tannur is so lovely. Will keep on coming back every year. Thank you all for making our stays so special. ”
“ The hotel has a stunning view. It's so relaxing watching the ships sail into port. A beautiful Vista to watch a sunset and sunrise. We have visited this hotel so many times , the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and always cleaned very well, I have only rated room lower due to the fact that there are no kettles in the rooms and no draws to put small items away. The food is OK, but can be very repetitive. We tend to like to eat out for lunch or dinner in town. The hotel shop on site is very handy, and the owner is very friendly. ”
“ We recently stayed at City Hill Hotel in Kusadasi and overall had a lovely time. The hotel was very clean throughout our stay, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The reception staff were absolutely lovely – friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view – absolutely stunning and something we never got tired of. The lifts were fast and efficient, which was a bonus when heading to and from the higher floors. The air conditioning worked well, and on the one occasion it wasn't working properly, it was fixed the same day, which we really appreciated. We also liked that there were plenty of sun loungers available around the pool – no need to rush down early to reserve one, which made for a much more relaxing experience. While the food selection was a little limited, everything we tried was tasty and fresh, and most importantly, neither of us experienced any tummy troubles – a big plus! The cleaners were also fantastic – always smiling, incredibly hardworking, and they kept our room spotless. The daytime activities were fun, with things like darts, water gym, and water polo helping to keep the atmosphere lively and engaging. However, the evening entertainment was a bit disappointing. It would really help if the hotel introduced a board listing each night’s entertainment, so guests know what to expect. Mustifar was okay, though didn’t leave much of an impression. On the other hand, Smiley – although new to the role – has great potential and will only get better with more experience. All in all, a pleasant stay with beautiful views, great staff, and some fun elements – a few improvements could take it to the next level. ”
